One of the most convoluted criminal cases of our time involves the life and death of Melinda Duckett, a young woman caught in a swirl of circumstances that ended in her own death and the unsolved disappearance of her young son. It's a modern tragedy that I blogged extensively about.

A North Palm Beach law firm plans to sue CNN and talk show Host Nancy Grace for "wrongful death" in the suicide death of young mother Melinda Duckett.
Duckett who was grilled by Grace about the still unsolved disappearence of her son Trenton in Marion County committed suicide after the interview.
Her family ,which lives in Upstate New York believes Grace forced a fragile person over the edge with her agressive interrogation.
The lawfirm of " Deratany ,Skorupa and O'Hara" charged CNN and Grace with "Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress" and is seeking undisclosed damages.
Ducketts family believes the little boy is alive,possibly in the Boca Raton area,staying with a friend or relative.
They suggest Melinda was trying to sheild Trenton from an abusive father from whom Melinda was estranged at the time of her suicide
